Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification & Experience:
Deputy Registrar:
Master’s degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade in the CGPA/Grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7 points scale from a recognised University/Institute.
Sports Officer:
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from recognized University with at least 03 years’ experience in conducting sports events.
Nurse:
Intermediate (10+2 with Science) or equivalent, and must have passed the examination held by the Nursing council with a 3-year course in General Nursing and Midwifery with at least 55% marks from a recognized Board/Institute.
Laboratory/ Tech. Assistant:
A Bachelor’s Degree (four years) in Engineering or equivalent qualification in the appropriate field with a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying degree from a recognized University/Institute with two years of relevant experience. Or a year’s Diploma in Engineering/Applied Science or equivalent in the appropriate field with a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying degree from a recognized University/Institute with three years relevant experience.
Computer Programmer:
Degree in Computer Science Engineering with 3 years of experience.
Upper Division Clerk/Caretaker:
Graduated in any discipline. Knowledge of computer applications and typing at the prescribed speed by DoPT.
Stenographer-III:
Graduate in any discipline with stenography speed having 80 w.p.m. and 40 w.p.m. in typing, respectively, with knowledge of computer applications.
Technician:
Class X pass and with ITI/NTC in the relevant trade with 02 years’ experience.
Skilled Worker:
Class X pass with ITI/NTC in the relevant trade or Class-XI (Science) Passed with at least 02 years’ experience in the relevant department. In case of Physics and Chemistry, the Educational Qualification would be Xth pass with any ITI/NTC.
Sorter:
Higher Secondary (12th Std.) or its equivalent from a recognized board.
Classifier / Cataloguer:
B. Lib from a recognized University/ Institution.
Lower Division Clerk:
10+2 pass or equivalent from a recognised Board with typing speed 30 w.p.m. with knowledge of computer applications.
Driver:
Possession of a valid driving license for motor cars
Age Limit (As on 07.01.2026):
Maximum Age limit for Deputy Registrar: 50 Years
Maximum Age limit for Other Posts: 30 Years
Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
