Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: M.D./D.N.B./M.Ch./D.M. or equivalent in relevant specialties (Radiology, Medical Oncology, Anesthesiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, etc.) recognized by National Medical Commission; M.Sc./Ph.D. for Scientific/Technical posts.
• Essential Experience: Varies per post (e.g. 13 years post PG for Consultant ‘G’, 1-3 years for Consultant ‘D’/‘E’, 1-10 years for Scientific/Technical roles).
• Desirable Experience: Specified for several posts (e.g. teaching experience, specialized skills in Brachytherapy, Critical Care, Onco-Pathology, etc.).

Age Limit:

• Upper age limits vary per post: 55 years (Consultant ‘G’), 45 years (some Consultant ‘E’), 40 years (most Consultant ‘D’), 35 years (Scientific Officer ‘SB’), 30 years (Scientific Assistant ‘B’, Technician ‘C’), 27 years (Technician ‘A’).
• Age relaxation applicable as per Govt. rules (SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PwD: 10 years + category additional, Ex-servicemen: service +3 years, etc.).
• Age & experience reckoned as on 23.01.2026.
