Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications from a recognized University/Institution with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA:

• MBA
• PGDBM
• M.A. (Economics)

Candidates should also have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

Experience Required:

Applicants should satisfy any one of the following experience criteria:

Option 1

• Minimum 5 years of experience as:
  • Placement Officer
  • Placement Manager
  • Placement Head
  • Training & Placement Officer

at any Institute of National Importance or a premier Business School with a strong corporate network.

OR

Option 2

• Minimum 7 years of experience as:
  • HR Head
  • Marketing Head
  • Senior HR Professional

in a reputed corporate organization with strong industry connections for campus recruitment.

Desirable Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates having:

• Strong corporate networking skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Membership in HR networking bodies
• Database management knowledge
• MS Office proficiency (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 55 years
• Age will be calculated as of the last date of application submission.

Salary:

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary between:

₹1,00,000 to ₹1,50,000

Contract Period:
