IOCL Paradip Refinery Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), one of India’s leading Maharatna Public Sector Undertakings, has invited online applications for 582 Apprentice vacancies at its Paradip Refinery, Odisha, under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973. Eligible ITI, Diploma, Graduate, B.Sc., B.Com., and Class 12 pass candidates can apply online from 29 June 2026 to 28 July 2026.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:

• B.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics / Industrial Chemistry)
• ITI Fitter
• Diploma in Chemical Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
• BA/B.Sc./B.Com.
• B.Com.
• Class 12 Pass
• Class 12 Pass with Domestic Data Entry Operator Skill Certificate

Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates against reserved seats).

Age Limit

As of 30 June 2026

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 24 Years

Age relaxation:

• SC/ST – 5 Years
• OBC (NCL) – 3 Years
• PwBD – As per Government Rules

Selection Process

There will be No Written Examination.

Selection will be based on:

• Merit list prepared from marks obtained in the qualifying examination
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination

Stipend

Selected apprentices will receive a stipend as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 and IOCL guidelines.

Important Points

• No application fee.
• Only one trade can be applied for.
• Candidates with BE/B. Tech, MBA, CA, MCA, LLB, or equivalent higher qualifications are not eligible.
• Candidates who completed the qualifying examination more than five years ago are not eligible.
• Company accommodation and HRA will not be provided.
• Completion of apprenticeship does not guarantee permanent employment.

For Post Codes 104, 105, 106 & 107 (Technician Apprentice):

• Register as a student.
• Complete your profile.
