Educational Qualification & Experience:
Zonal Head (Retail):
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must be graduates from a Government-recognised university or institution.
Preferred qualifications include:
- MBA in Banking/Finance/Marketing with 60%

- NISM 21-A
Experience: Minimum 15 years’ experience in sales management in Wealth Management/Retail Banking/AMCs, including at least 5 years leading a large team of Relationship Managers and Team Leads.
Regional Head:
Qualification: Graduation from a Government-recognised university or institution.
Preferred qualifications include an MBA in Banking/Finance/Marketing with 60%, CFP, CFA and relevant NISM certifications.
Experience: Minimum 12+ years of post-qualification experience in relationship management, preferably wealth management, along with 5+ years’ experience leading a large team of Relationship Managers or Team Leads.
Relationship Manager-Team Lead:
Qualification: Graduation from a Government-recognised university or institution.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in relationship management, preferably wealth management, with Public/Private/Foreign Banks, broking/security firms or AMCs.
Experience as a Team Lead is preferred.
Investment Specialist:
Candidates must possess a professional PG Degree/PG Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance or Actuarial Science from a recognised institution, or hold CA/CFA qualification.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience as an investment advisor, counsellor, officer or member of a product team in Wealth Management Firms/AMCs.
Investment Officer:
Candidates must possess a professional PG Degree/PG Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance or Actuarial Science, or CA/CFA.
Experience: Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience as an investment advisor/counsellor/officer or member of a product team in Wealth Management Firms/AMCs.
VP Wealth:
Qualification: Graduation from a Government-recognised university or institution.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in sales and marketing with leading Public/Private/Foreign Banks, Wealth Management Firms or AMCs.
Preferred experience includes at least six years as a Relationship Manager or in a similar wealth-management role.
AVP Wealth:
Qualification: Graduation from a Government-recognised university or institution.
Preference will be given to candidates with postgraduate qualifications in Finance, Marketing or Banking and certifications such as NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP or CFA.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales and marketing with eligible banking/wealth-management organisations. SBI Wealth CREs with four years of experience are also covered under the notified experience criteria.
Important: Teaching and training experience will not be counted for determining eligibility. SBI also states that experience of less than six months in any organisation will not be considered.

The SBI Specialist Cadre Officer selection process will consist of:
