Educational Qualification

ICSI Executive Job Profile
The Executive (Career Awareness Programme) will primarily be responsible for promoting awareness about the Company Secretary profession and conducting career guidance and outreach activities.
Key responsibilities include conducting career guidance sessions in schools, colleges, universities and other institutions; following up after Career Awareness Programmes; organizing campaigns and webinars; and collaborating with educational institutions for career fairs.
Other responsibilities include distribution of promotional materials, promotion of ICSI Olympiads, social media outreach, networking with principals and career counsellors, providing career counselling, handling queries regarding the CS course, maintaining follow-ups and databases, preparing outreach reports, and coordinating with ICSI Head Office, Regional Councils and Chapters.
Period of Engagement
The initial tenure of engagement will be 11 months.
The engagement may be extended every year for up to a maximum of two more years, depending upon the candidate’s performance and ICSI’s requirements.
Selection Process
