  • Preferred age is 25–45 years.
  • Candidates should possess effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in the local language of the population she is expected to serve is required.
  • Minimum qualification is 10th Class.

Documents Required

Applicants must submit the application along with the prescribed supporting documents to the concerned PHC. The notification asks for the following documents:

  1. Copy of SSC Certificate as proof of date of birth.
  2. Copy of the VHNC resolution/approval of the respective area.
  3. Latest Caste Certificate issued by the concerned Mandal Revenue Officer for SC/ST/BC candidates.
  4. Copy of Aadhaar Card/Ration Card, etc., as applicable.
  5. Candidates applying under the PH quota should submit the latest disability certificate issued by the Medical Board/SADAREM.
