BECIL Recruitment 2026: Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL) has released Vacancy Advertisement No. 558 for contractual recruitment of Supervisor-S&T, Supervisor-Safety and Supervisor-Civil posts. A total of 10 vacancies are notified for deployment in the office of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC)/DMIL at Mumbai. The engagement will initially be on a contractual basis for one year.

Qualification Details

Supervisor-S&T Eligibility

• For the Supervisor-S&T post, candidates should possess either a three-year regular Engineering Diploma or a four-year regular B.E./B. Tech degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science or Information Technology. The qualification must be obtained from an institution recognised by the appropriate statutory authority such as UGC or AICTE.
• Candidates should have at least one year of professional experience in telecom systems in Metro, Railways, Airports, Smart Cities, or public/private telecom networks. The experience should be supervisory in nature. Candidates working in the Mumbai/Maharashtra region will be preferred. The maximum age limit is 33 years.
• The selected candidates will be responsible for installation and maintenance-related work involving systems such as CCTV, PA system, FOTS and AFC systems. The consolidated monthly CTC is ₹40,303.

Supervisor-Safety Eligibility

Candidates applying for Supervisor-Safety must possess any one of the prescribed qualifications with at least 6.0 CGPA or 60% marks:

• M.E./M.Tech in Safety Engineering along with B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering along with a one-year full-time Degree/Diploma in Safety; or
• B.E./B.Tech in Fire & Safety Engineering.

The qualification must be from a Government-recognised university/institution approved by the appropriate statutory authority.

Applicants should have four years of total professional experience, of which at least two years should be in Metro/Railways, with a minimum annual CTC of ₹3 lakh or above. The maximum age limit is 40 years. Candidates working in Mumbai/Maharashtra will be preferred.

The selected candidates will handle safety department-related work connected with the DMRC Project at Mumbai Metro. The monthly consolidated CTC is ₹65,000.

Supervisor-Civil Eligibility

For Supervisor-Civil, candidates should possess either a three-year regular Engineering Diploma or a four-year regular B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from a Government-recognised university or institution.

Applicants should have four years of total professional experience, including at least two years in Metro/Railways, with a minimum annual CTC of ₹3 lakh or above. The experience should be supervisory in nature. The maximum age limit is 40 years.

The job responsibilities include supervision of construction works relating to Metro viaducts, station buildings, finishing works, PEB works, estimation, billing and planning. The monthly CTC is ₹65,000.

Selection Process

• Applications will first be scrutinised and shortlisted according to the prescribed eligibility criteria. Possessing the minimum qualification or experience does not automatically entitle a candidate to participate in further stages. BECIL may use higher qualifications, academic credentials or greater relevant experience for shortlisting.
