Vacancy Details

NCRTC has announced the following vacancy:

Educational Qualification

Applicants must possess:

Engineering Graduate – Full-Time course.

Only full-time regular courses will be considered. The required qualification must be obtained from a UGC-recognized Indian university/deemed university or through an AICTE-approved course from an autonomous Indian institution or relevant statutory council, wherever applicable.

Experience Required

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in areas such as:

• Systems operations and maintenance
• Systems development
• Digital systems
• Internet of Things (IoT)
• Electronics
• Cyber-physical systems for SCADA
• Rail-based systems
• Safety systems

The eligibility cut-off date is 24 September 2026.

Required Skill Sets

Job Profile

• Managing station, train, OCC, BCC and related O&M functions.

Required Pay Scale / CTC Experience

Candidates must also satisfy the applicable pay-scale or CTC requirement.

Candidates Working in CDA Scale

They should be:

• Working in ₹56,100–1,77,500 (Level 10) / ₹53,100–1,67,800 (Level 9) or above,

OR

• Have completed the last 3 years of service in ₹47,600–1,51,100 (Level 8).

Candidates Working in IDA Scale

They should be:

• Working in ₹50,000–1,60,000 (E2) or above,

OR

• Have completed the last 3 years in ₹40,000–1,40,000 (E1).

Private Sector Candidates

Private-sector applicants must have a minimum CTC of ₹11.10 lakh per annum. NCRTC will verify CTC through documents including Form 16, ITR and the prescribed salary slips.
