Educational Qualification
For Level-2 (Group C)
Candidates must possess any one of the following:
- 12th Pass with at least 50% marks.
- OR 10th Pass + ITI in a relevant trade.
- OR 10th Pass + Course Completed Act Apprenticeship.
For Level-1 (Group D)
- Matriculation (10th Pass)
- OR ITI
- OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC).
Scouts & Guides Qualification
Applicants must:
- Hold President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger or Himalayan Wood Badge certificate.
- Be an active member of a Scouts organization for the last 5 years.
- Have participated in two National Level events or All India Railway events and two State Level events.
Age Limit (As on 01 January 2027)
