APSSB CGLE 2026 Notification Out – 122 Vacancies for UDC, Personal Assistant & Librarian
The APSSB CGLE 2026 notification has been officially released by the Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB) on 14 March 2026 under Advertisement No. 03/2026. A total of 122 Group-C vacancies have been announced for the posts of Upper Division Clerk (UDC), Personal Assistant (Stenographer Grade-III), and Librarian across various departments of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh. Eligible graduates can apply online at www.apssb.nic.in from 24 March 2026 to 16 April 2026. The written examination is scheduled for 31 May 2026.

Selection Process:
The selection process varies slightly by post:
For Personal Assistant (Stenographer Grade-III)
Stage 1 – Stenography Proficiency Test: Dictation at 80 words per minute (WPM) for 5 minutes, followed by transcription within 45 minutes on a computer
