Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification & Experience:
Data Entry Operator:
Bachelor’s Degree from any recognised university.
Certificate in Data Entry Course from a Central/Kerala Government-recognised institution.
Minimum one year of work experience as a Data Entry Operator in a recognised institution.
System Administrator:
MCA / B.Tech. (Computer Science, Electronic Communication or Information Technology).
Minimum 3 years working experience as a System Administrator or equivalent post in any recognised institution is desirable.
Junior Clerk/Cashier – Class-2 to Class-7 Banks:
SSLC or equivalent qualification + Junior Diploma in Co-operation (Personal Cooperative Training Course conducted by the Board) as a basic qualification. Alternatively: B.Com with Co-operation as main subject, or Degree from any recognised university, or Cooperative Higher Diploma (HDC/HDC&BM/HDCM by NCCT/Kerala State Cooperative Union), or B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University.

Assistant Secretary / Chief Accountant:
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks in all subjects + Cooperative Higher Diploma (HDC/HDC&BM or HDCM by NCCT or Junior Diploma in Co-operation completed from the Board’s Personal Cooperative Training Course) OR B.Sc/M.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University OR B.Com with Co-operation as the main subject with minimum 50% marks from any recognised university in Kerala.
Secretary:
Degree + HDC&BM with 7 years of experience as an Accountant or above in a Cooperative Bank. OR
B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) from the Agricultural University with 5 years of experience as an Accountant or above. OR
MBA/M.Com (Finance) or Chartered Accountant membership with 3 years of experience in the Banking Sector and cooperative qualifications. OR
B.Com (Co-operation) with 7 years of experience as an Accountant or above in a Cooperative Bank. (As per G.O.(Rt) No.220/2022/Co-Op dated 29/03/2022)
Age Limit:
Candidates must have completed 18 years and must not have exceeded 40 years as on 01/01/2026.
SC/ST candidates: Upper age relaxation of 5 years
OBC/EWS candidates: 3 years relaxation
Persons with Disabilities (40% or more): 10 years relaxation
Widows: 5 years of relaxation
Ex-Servicemen: As per Kerala Government rules
Selection Process:
The selection for all posts under CSEB Kerala Recruitment 2026 will be based on the following process:
Written Examination: 100 objective-type questions carrying 1 mark each (total 100 marks). The examination will be conducted online (CBT) or via OMR as per the specific advertisement.
Interview: Conducted by the respective cooperative bank/society. Maximum 20 marks is allotted for the interview. A minimum of 4 marks is required to qualify for the interview. The cutoff for the interview is 16 marks out of the remaining marks.
Final Merit List: Prepared by the Cooperative Service Examination Board based on the combined score of the written exam and interview.
