A) M.Sc in Life Science/Epidemiology or BAMS/BHMS/BUMS with MPH, B) Proficiency in advanced MS Office
a) Ph.D/M.Phil b) Experience in Public Health
C) B.Sc in Life Science with Post graduate degree/Diploma in Management, D) Proficiency in advanced MS Office
c) M.SC in Life Science d) Experience in Public Health
a) Graduate from any recognized university and have completed at least 1 year Diploma course in Computer Application and from Govt. Registered Institution. b) Working Knowledge of computers with operating knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access and Internet. c) Minimum 3 years’ Experience in the Government Sector or 5 years’ experience in the Private Sector in Data recording and Data analysis.
i) Passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/ Biological Science k) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any institution recognized by the Government of West Bengal or Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT) from the School of Tropical Medicine
4. 2 years post qualification experience in any Laboratory of Government Institutions or a private institution licensed under the Clinical Establishment
iii) Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with at least 2 years of working experience in a hospital
c) Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
Must have passed the ANM course from an Institute recognised by the Indian Nursing Council and be registered with the West Bengal Nursing Council. Should be proficient in Bengali and a permanent resident of the District for which the application is made. Or must have passed the GNM course from an Institute recognised by the Indian Nursing Council and be registered with the West Bengal Nursing Council. Should be proficient in Bengali and a permanent resident of the District for which the application is made
MBBS from any Medical College
d) The candidate should have completed a GNM training course from an institute recognised by the Indian Nursing Council/West Bengal Nursing Council. e) The candidate must be registered under the West Bengal Nursing Council. f) Desirable:- Experience in working in hospital settings

Medical Officer GDMO for NUHM: Upper age limit 67 years
Block Epidemiologist under XVFC: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 40 years
Block Public Health Manager under XVFC: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 40 years
Block Data Manager under XVFC: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 40 years
Laboratory Technician under XVFC: Minimum 19 years and maximum 40 years or less as on 01.01.2025, with relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. Norms
Multi Rehabilitation Worker under NPHCE: Minimum 21 years to Maximum 40 years (Relaxation as per norms)
Community Health Assistant for U-HWC under XVFC: Minimum 21 Years, Maximum 40 Years
Medical Officer GDMO for UHWC (XVFC): Upper age limit 67 years
