The engagement will be on a contractual basis for 12 months for ESM/Widows of deceased soldiers and 11 months for civilian candidates. Selection Process
The selection process will include scrutiny of applications followed by a written test and interview.
Only candidates meeting the prescribed qualitative requirements will be called for the written test. Candidates who qualify in the written test will subsequently be called for an interview.
Final selection will be based on overall merit.
No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the written test or interview. Selected candidates will also have to undergo 10 days of On-the-Job Training (OJT) without pay and allowances.
Preference to Ex-Servicemen
According to the employment notice, preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen as per merit.
