Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the relevant educational qualifications and professional experience for the sector in which they wish to apply.

1. Instructor (Automobile)

• Degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with at least one year of work or teaching experience.
• OR Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with at least three years of experience.
• OR relevant mechanical engineering diploma with at least four years of experience in the automotive service industry.
• Experience with modern vehicle servicing tools and equipment is required.

2. Instructor (Tourism & Hospitality)

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management with at least five years of relevant work or teaching experience in Food and Beverage Services.
• OR relevant domain certificate or qualification with five years of sector-specific experience.
• OR a postgraduate qualification in Travel and Tourism Management or Tourism and Hospitality with at least one year of work experience.
• Other specified tourism and travel management degree or diploma qualifications with the prescribed industrial experience are also eligible.

3. Instructor (Healthcare)

Eligible qualifications include:

• GNM Diploma with the prescribed three years of total experience.
• B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with relevant experience.
• MBBS, BAMS or BHMS with the prescribed experience.
• M.Sc. Nursing with relevant work or teaching experience.
• PhD in Nursing with the required sector-specific and teaching experience.

4. Instructor (Plumbing)

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least one year of work or teaching experience.
• OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with the prescribed two to three years of relevant experience.

5. Instructor (Logistics)

• Graduate or Diploma in Logistics Management with at least 50% marks and one year of relevant experience.
• OR Postgraduate Diploma in Logistics Management with the prescribed experience.
• OR Graduate with two years of subject-specific experience in the logistics sector.

6. Instructor (Electronics)

Candidates with the following qualifications may apply:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunication Engineering with relevant experience.
• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunication Engineering with the prescribed experience.
• Relevant Computer Science, Computer Technology, MCA, M.Sc. Computer Science, M.Sc. IT or DOEACC B-Level qualifications.
• Relevant Polytechnic Diploma or Engineering qualifications with the required industry experience.

7. Instructor (Agriculture)

• Postgraduate qualification in Agriculture or Horticulture with at least one year of work experience.
• OR Graduate qualification in Agriculture, Horticulture or Forestry with one year of sector-specific experience.

8. Instructor (Media & Entertainment)

• Graduation in any stream from a reputed institute or recognized organization.
• At least one year of experience in the Media & Entertainment industry.
• Experience in animation production, preferably as a texturing artist, is desirable.

9. Instructor (Retail)

• Graduate or Diploma in Retail Management.
• OR PG Diploma in Marketing with at least 50% marks and one year of teaching or work experience.
• OR 12th pass with four years of sector-specific experience in retail store operations or sales.
• Other specified retail diploma or graduate qualifications with relevant experience are also accepted.

10. Instructor (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)

• Postgraduate qualification in Commerce, Management or Finance with at least one year of relevant work experience.
• OR B.Com or any graduate qualification with three years of sector-specific experience.

11. Instructor (Telecommunication)

• Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering or Technology with one year of industry or training experience.
• OR relevant Engineering/Technology Diploma or M.Sc. in Physics, Mathematics or Chemistry with four years of industry or training experience.

12. Instructor (Construction)

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least one year of work or teaching experience.
• OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with the prescribed relevant experience.
• Other specified Civil Engineering qualifications with sector-specific experience are also eligible.

13. Instructor (Apparel)

• M.Sc./M.H.Sc. in Textile and Clothing with the prescribed professional experience.
• OR B.H.Sc. with two years of experience.
• OR a three-year Diploma in Apparel Designing/Production after Class 12.
• OR a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Designing or Fashion Technology with the required professional experience.

Additional eligibility requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of Konkani is essential.
• Knowledge of Marathi is desirable.
