GSSSB Municipal Engineer Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 50 Class-3 Engineer Posts

The Gujarat Gaun Seva Pasandgi Mandal (GSSSB) has officially released the GSSSB Municipal Engineer Recruitment 2026 Notification for 50 Municipal Engineer (Class-3) vacancies under the Urban Development and Urban Housing Department. Eligible Civil Engineering graduates can submit their online applications through the OJAS portal from 27 July 2026 to 10 August 2026.

A total of 50 vacancies have been announced for the post of Municipal Engineer (Class-3).

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
• Basic knowledge of Computer Applications.
• Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi.

Equivalent engineering specializations mentioned in the notification are also eligible.

Age Limit

As on 10 August 2026

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years

Age relaxation is applicable as per Gujarat Government rules.

Salary

Selected candidates will receive:

• Fixed Pay: ₹49,600 per month for the first five years.
• After satisfactory completion of five years:
  • Pay Scale: ₹39,900 – ₹1,26,600 (Level-7)

Part A (90 Marks)

• Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation
• Quantitative Aptitude

• Duration: 3 Hours
• Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.
