The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially released the IBPS CRP CSA Recruitment 2026 Notification for the recruitment of Customer Service Associates (CSA) in participating Public Sector Banks for the 2027-28 vacancies. Eligible graduates can submit their online applications from 1st August 2026 to 21st August 2026 through the official IBPS website.

Candidates will be selected through the Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT), and Document Verification.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Basic Computer Knowledge is mandatory.
• Candidates should be proficient in the local language of the State/UT they apply for.

Age Limit (As on 01 August 2026)

• Minimum Age: 20 Years
• Maximum Age: 28 Years

Candidate should be born between:

02 August 1998 to 01 August 2006 (both inclusive).

Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)

Candidates applying for a particular State/UT must be able to:

• Read
• Write
• Speak
• Understand

the prescribed local language.

Candidates who have studied the local language in Class 10 or above may be exempted from the LLPT.

How to Apply

Eligible candidates can apply for IBPS Customer Service Associate (CSA) Recruitment 2026 only through the online mode. No other mode of application will be accepted. The online application process will remain open from 1st August 2026 to 21st August 2026.

Follow the steps below to apply online:

1. Visit the official IBPS website at www.ibps.in.
2. On the homepage, click on the “CRP CSA” section.
3. Click on “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP–Customer Service Associates (CRP-CSA-XVI)”.
4. Register by providing your name, mobile number, and email ID to generate your Registration Number and Password.
5. Log in using the generated credentials and complete the online application form with your personal, educational, and communication details.
6. Select the State/UT for which you wish to apply. Candidates can apply for only one State/UT.
7. Upload the required documents in the prescribed format:
   • Recent passport-size photograph
   • Signature
   • Left thumb impression
   • Handwritten declaration
   • SSC/10th certificate
   • Other applicable certificates (if required)
8. Pay the application fee online:
   • ₹175 for SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/DESM candidates
   • ₹850 for all other candidates
9. Preview the application form carefully and verify all the details before final submission.
10. Submit the application form and download/print the confirmation page for future reference.
