IOCL Mathura Refinery Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), one of India’s leading Maharatna Public Sector Enterprises, has released the official notification for the engagement of 151 Apprentices at Mathura Refinery under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973. Eligible candidates having ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., B.Com., BA, or Class 12 qualifications, can apply online through the NAPS/NATS portal from 29 June 2026 to 28 July 2026. Selection will be made purely based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination, and there will be no written examination.

Educational Qualification:

A total of 151 Apprentice vacancies have been announced in various trades and disciplines.

Candidates should possess any one of the following qualifications from a recognized institution:

• Class XII Pass
• ITI (Fitter)
• B.Sc. (Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry)
• B.A.
• B.Com.
• Diploma in Chemical Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering

Minimum Marks

• General/OBC/EWS: 50% Marks
• SC/ST/PwBD: 45% Marks

Note:

• Qualification must be obtained through regular full-time mode.
• Distance or correspondence qualifications are not eligible.
• Candidates with BE/B. Tech, MBA, MCA, CA, LLB or higher professional qualifications are not eligible.

Age Limit

As on 30 June 2026

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 24 Years

Age Relaxation

Selection Process:

There will be No Written Examination.

Selection will be based on:

1. Merit is prepared on aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
2. Document Verification.
3. Medical Examination.

If two candidates secure the same marks, preference will be given to:

• Older candidate (Date of Birth)
• Higher marks in Class 10 (if DOB is also the same)

Stipend:

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as prescribed under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and IOCL guidelines.

• Register using your valid email ID and mobile number.
• Complete your profile with educational qualifications and personal details.
