IOCL Mathura Refinery Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), one of India’s leading Maharatna Public Sector Enterprises, has released the official notification for the engagement of 151 Apprentices at Mathura Refinery under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973. Eligible candidates having ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., B.Com., BA, or Class 12 qualifications, can apply online through the NAPS/NATS portal from 29 June 2026 to 28 July 2026. Candidates should possess any one of the following qualifications from a recognized institution:

  • Qualification must be obtained through regular full-time mode.

Selection Process:

There will be No Written Examination.

Selection will be based on:

  1. Merit is prepared on aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
  2. Document Verification.
  3. Medical Examination.

If two candidates secure the same marks, preference will be given to:

  • Older candidate (Date of Birth)
  • Higher marks in Class 10 (if DOB is also the same)

Stipend:

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as prescribed under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and IOCL guidelines.
