Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification & Experience:
Candidates must possess a Graduate degree in Agriculture from a recognized University
Knowledge of Hindi at the High School level (Class 10) is mandatory
Candidates should have studied Hindi or Sanskrit at the matriculation level or above
Degree must be from UGC recognized University or Institution
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or allied subjects from recognized University
Hindi language proficiency at the Class 10 level or equivalent
Valid domicile certificate of Madhya Pradesh (for reserved category candidates)
Must fulfil all the conditions mentioned in the notification
Desirable
Experience in agricultural extension work
Knowledge of farming practices and rural development
Working knowledge of agricultural schemes and programs
Computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge

No prior experience is mandatory for direct recruitment candidates
Fresh agriculture graduates can apply
Relevant field experience in agriculture extension will be an added advantage

Selection Process:
The selection will be conducted through a competitive examination process
Preliminary Examination: Objective type examination with multiple choice questions
Total Questions: 100 questions
Total Marks: 200 marks
Examination Duration: 2 hours
Negative Marking: 1/3 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer
Qualifying Nature: The preliminary examination is of qualifying nature
Candidates who qualify the preliminary examination will be eligible for the main examination
Main Examination: Written examination on subjects related to agriculture and extension
Interview/Personality Test: Qualified candidates from main examination will be called for interview
Final selection will be based on the combined performance in main examination and interview
