Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification & Experience:
Candidates must possess a Graduate degree from a recognized University
Knowledge of Hindi at the High School level (Class 10) is mandatory
Candidates should have studied Hindi or Sanskrit at the matriculation level or above
Valid domicile certificate of Madhya Pradesh (for reserved category candidates)
Degree must be from UGC recognized University or equivalent
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognized University
Hindi language proficiency at the Class 10 level or equivalent

Computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
Desirable
Experience in administrative work and government procedures

Selection Process:
The selection process consists of three stages: Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Interview
Preliminary Examination: Objective type with two papers (Qualifying in nature)
Paper I: General Studies – 100 questions of 200 marks, Duration: 2 hours
Paper II: General Aptitude Test (CSAT) – 80 questions of 200 marks, Duration: 2 hours
Negative Marking: 1/3 marks deducted for each wrong answer
Candidates who qualify for the preliminary examination will be eligible for the main examination
Main Examination: Written examination with multiple papers on various subjects
Interview/Personality Test: Qualified candidates from the main examination will be called
Final selection based on the combined marks of the main examination and interview
Merit list will be prepared category-wise
Selected candidates will be appointed subject to document verification and medical fitness
