Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Financial Management & Accounting Expert:
- Post graduate or graduate in finance of CA from a recognised university with 5-7 years of experience in Municipal finance.
- Experience in evaluating urban infrastructure investments and helping city governments use various options for financing projects.
- Knowing SNA SPARSH/DBT.
- Experience advising and training staff in municipal finance, project finance, resource mobilisation, and public-private partnerships.
- Ability to work in a team and train staff to use the systems.
- City Project Manager – Municipal Civil Engineer:
- Postgraduate or graduate degree in Engineering (Civil). At least 3 years of work experience in government/semi-govt./autonomous organisations, private companies, and reputation
- Experience in procurement, design and supervision of infrastructure works.
- Ability to assist ULBS in setting standards and monitoring compliance.
- Prior experience as a municipal engineer will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in the local language is essential
- City Project Manager, MIS Specialist:
- Post Graduate/Graduate/B. Tech Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics of MCA/PGDCA, At least 3-5 years of work experience in government/semi-govt./autonomous organizations/private company of repute.
- Experience in software development and database management.
- Fluency in the local language is essential.
- City Project Manager – Municipal Finance Specialist:
- Post Graduate/graduate degree in Finance/BBA or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in government/semi-govt./autonomous organizations/private company of repute.
- Skills to evaluate urban infrastructure investments and help city governments to examine and use a range of options for financing projects.
- Fluency in the local language is essential.
