Educational Qualification
Honorary Doctors
Candidates should possess the relevant qualification for the concerned speciality such as:
- MD
- MS
- DNB
- BDS/MDS
- BAMS
- BHMS
- BPTH/B.Sc (Physiotherapy)
along with the required post-qualification experience as specified in the notification.
Panel Doctors
Applicants must have:
- MBBS Degree
- Registered Medical Practitioner
- Minimum 10 years’ experience (excluding internship)
- Own clinic/dispensary with OPD facilities and computer system
- Capability for routine immunization and minor surgical procedures
Experience Requirement
Honorary Doctors
- Most specialities require 5 years of post-qualification experience
- Physiotherapist requires 15 years of experience after graduation
- Certain super-specialities like Cardiology, Nephrology, Gastroenterology and Urology require relevant specialized experience.
