Qualification & Experience:

• Lower Division Clerk:
  • Graduation with a minimum 50% marks. Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications.
• Stenographer:
  • Graduated from a recognized university. Course in Short Hand with speed of 80 w.p.m. and Typewriting @ 40 w.p.m. respectively. Computer course of minimum 03 months duration in Microsoft Office (exempted if Diploma/Degree in Computer/IT). Essential: Minimum one year Secretarial experience in a reputed organization. Desirable: Diploma in Secretarial Courses.

Age Limit:

• Maximum Age Limit: 27 years for all posts.
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST: +5 years; PWD: +10 years (additional +5 for SC/ST PWD); Ex-servicemen: length of military service +3 years (+ additional for SC/ST); TMC employees/project/contract staff: up to +5 years.

• Written Examination (100 marks MCQ)
