Educational Qualification:
Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor – Anatomy
- Candidates must possess an appropriate postgraduate qualification in Anatomy, such as MS (Anatomy), MD (Anatomy), DNB (Anatomy) or other specified equivalent qualifications.
- Applicants must also have at least three years of teaching experience as Senior Resident, Tutor, Demonstrator, Registrar, Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the concerned speciality after obtaining the first postgraduate degree.
Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor – General Medicine
Candidates must possess:
- A recognized MBBS degree, and
- MD (Medicine)/MD (General Medicine)/DNB (Medicine or General Medicine) from a recognized teaching institution.
At least three years of teaching experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining the first postgraduate degree is required.
The pay scale for this post is Level-11 plus NPA under the 7th CPC. The upper age limits are 40 years for UR/EWS, 43 years for OBC and 45 years for SC/ST candidates, with further relaxation for eligible PwBD candidates.
Assistant Editor Qualification
Candidates should possess either:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism or Mass Communication from a recognized university/institute; or
- Bachelor’s degree with Economics, Statistics or English as a subject along with at least a one-year Diploma in Journalism or Mass Communication.
Candidates must also have three years’ experience in editing and publishing work in a publishing house, newspaper, news agency, publicity organization or government organization.
The post carries Level-7 in the Pay Matrix. The age limit is 30 years for UR and 35 years for SC candidates.
Specialist Grade II – Anaesthesiology
Candidates must possess a recognized medical qualification along with the prescribed postgraduate degree/diploma in Anaesthesiology.
Experience required:
- 3 years after obtaining the postgraduate degree; or
- 5 years after obtaining the postgraduate diploma.
There is 1 ST vacancy, and the age limit for the notified vacancy is 50 years for ST. The pay scale is Level-11 plus NPA.
Specialist Grade II – Pediatrics
Candidates should possess a recognized medical qualification and the prescribed postgraduate qualification such as MD (Paediatrics) or the specified postgraduate diploma qualification.

Qualification
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Professional or Integrated) from a university established by law in India along with two years of actual practice at the Bar. The practice must be certified by the competent judicial authority specified in the notification.
