The PSTCL Recruitment 2025 offers 609 vacancies for Lineman, JE and Other posts under the Punjab State Transmission Corporation (PSTCL). Interested candidates can apply online from November 17, 2025, to December 16, 2025, at the PSTCL website (pstcl.org).
Full-time regular BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engg. with min 60% marks from an AICTE-approved or equivalent institution.
Assistant Manager (IT):
BE/B. Tech in Computer Science/IT or MCA with min 60% marks.
Accounts Officer:
CA/ICWA or M.Com with min 60% marks.
Divisional Accountant:
CA Inter or equivalent.
Junior Engineer/Electrical:
Full-time 3-year Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engg. with min 50% marks from AICTE/State Board.
Junior/Civil:
Full-time 3-year Diploma in Civil Engg. with min 50% marks.
Junior Communication Engineer:
BE/B. Tech in Electronics/Telecommunication with min 50% marks.
Law Officer Grade-II:
LLB 5-year integrated or 3-year with min 55% marks + 3 years professional experience.
Telephone Mechanic:
Full-time Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engg. with min 50% marks.
Lower Division Clerk/Typist:
Bachelor’s Degree with min 50% marks + 120 Hrs Computer Course.
Lower Division Clerk (Accounts):
Bachelor’s in Commerce with min 50% marks + Computer Course.
Assistant Lineman:
10th grade or equivalent, ITI
Assistant Sub Station Attendant:
10th grade or equivalent, ITI
Electrician Grade-II:
Regular ITI with Matriculation in any branch of Electrical discipline, with at least 60% marks. Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 50% marks.
Punjabi language proficiency up to Matric standard required for all posts.
Age Limit:
Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
Maximum Age limit: 37 Years
Age relaxation: SC/ST: +5 years, BC: +3 years, Ex-Servicemen/PWD: As per Punjab Govt. rules.

Selection Process:
Online Computer-Based Test (CBT): Objective-type multiple-choice questions; merit list based on marks obtained in CBT.
No interview for most posts; purely merit-based.
