BTSC Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 3720 Posts
The BTSC Recruitment 2026 offers 3720 vacancies for Works Inspector, Pump Operator posts under the Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC). Interested candidates can apply online from December 12, 2025, to January 12, 2026, at the BTSCwebsite (btsc.bihar.gov.in).
Must possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Junior Engineer (Mechanical):
Must possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Junior Engineer (Electrical):
Must possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Works Inspector (Mechanical):
Passed Matriculation (10th) from a recognized Board/equivalent institution.
Also passed the Machinist/Fitter/Wireman/Electrician trade examination from a recognized Industrial Training Institute (ITI).
Pump Operator:
Passed Matriculation (10th) from a recognized Board/equivalent institution.
Also passed the Machinist or Fitter trade examination from a recognized Industrial Training Institute (ITI).

Maximum age limit:
Unreserved: 37 years
Unreserved female: 40 years
Backward Class/Extremely Backward Class (Male/Female): 40 years
Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (Male/Female): 42 years
