Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree/diploma (45% for SC/ST and PwBD candidates against reserved seats)
- The qualifying course must be a regular full-time program from a recognised University, Board, or Institute
- Candidates with qualifications obtained through part-time, correspondence, or distance education are NOT eligible
- Candidates holding higher professional qualifications such as B.E., B.Tech, MBA, CA, LLB, or MCA are NOT eligible
- Diploma holders under recognised lateral entry schemes (Class XII/ITI → 2nd year of Diploma) are eligible if they meet the marks criteria on the aggregate of all semesters
Other Qualification Rules
- B.Sc. candidates can apply for only one of Code 101 or Code 103
- Candidates applying for more than one trade/discipline will be summarily rejected
- Candidates who completed their qualifying examination more than 5 years ago (before 28 February 2021) are not eligible
- Diploma/Graduate holders with 1 or more years of job experience after qualification are not eligible
- Candidates appearing for their final qualifying examination are not eligible to apply

Selection Process – No Written Test!:

- Merit List: Based on the aggregate percentage of marks in all semesters/years of the qualifying degree or diploma
- Tie-breaking Rule: In case of equal marks, the candidate senior by age is ranked higher. If the date of birth is also the same, the candidate with higher Class X marks gets priority
- First-Time Applicants: Preference is given to candidates applying for apprenticeship training for the first time
