Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
Office Assistants (Multipurpose):
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
Proficiency in local language as prescribed by theparticipating RRB/s
Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer.
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager):
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy;
Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s
Desirable: working knowledge of Computer.
Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager):
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the
candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager):
Information Technology Officer: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.
Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.
Chartered Accountant: Certified Associate from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
Law Officer: Degree from a recognised University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Treasury Manager: Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution
Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing from a recognized university
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.

Register Online:
Click the “Apply Online” link under “CRP RRB-XIV” (active from September 1, 2025).
Select “Click here for New Registration” and enter your name, email ID, mobile number, and other details to generate a Registration Number and Password.
Note down the Registration Number and Password for future logins.
Fill the Application Form:
Log in using your Registration Number and Password.
Select the post (e.g., Office Assistant, Officer Scale I, II, or III) and preferred RRB (one RRB only).
Enter personal details (e.g., name, date of birth), educational qualifications (e.g., bachelor’s degree marks), work experience (for Scale II/III), and category (UR/SC/ST/OBC/EWS).
Provide details of proficiency in the local language of the chosen RRB.
Choose the exam center (e.g., state capitals like Guwahati, Chennai) for Prelims/Mains.
Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies in the specified format:
Pay the Application Fee: Pay online via debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, or other modes:
General/OBC/EWS: ₹850
SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen: ₹175
Submit and Save:
Review your form carefully, as no changes are allowed after submission (a correction window may be available with a fee). Click “Submit” and take a printout or save a digital copy of the confirmation page with the Registration Number for future reference.
