Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Sr. Project Officer (Accounts & Administration):
- M.Com with 7 years of experience OR CA/CS/ICWA (Inter) cleared / MBA in Finance with 3 years of experience OR B. Com with 10 years of experience
- Experience in developing and managing RFPs, project contract documents, and financial management
- Well-versed with GFR (General Financial Rules) and audit-related matters
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Sr. Project Officer (Research):
- PhD in Population Studies / Demography with some publications on Ageing OR M.Phil. in Population Studies / Demography with specialization in Ageing Research with minimum 2 years’ experience and some publications on Ageing
- Strong understanding of quantitative research methods and survey methodologies
- Experience in the field of social research and community-based research
- Experience in analysing large-scale demographic and health survey data such as LASI, NFHS
- Proficiency in STATA and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Project Officer (Research):
- M.Phil in Population Sciences / Social Sciences / Statistics / Mathematics OR M.P.S. with 1 year of relevant experience OR M.A./M.Sc. in the above disciplines with 2 years of experience in large-scale health or social sector surveys
- Familiarity with STATA
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Senior Project Officer – IT:
- M.E./M.Tech in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience OR
- B.E./B.Tech in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Technology or MCA (Full-time only) from a recognized university with 4 years of experience
- Hands-on working experience with LAMP technology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Project Officer – IT:
- B.E./B.Tech in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Technology with at least 2 years of relevant experience OR
- MCA (Full-time only) from a recognized university with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Familiarity with LAMP technology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
