Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
- Trade Apprentice:
- Matric with regular full-time 2(Two) year ITI in the relevant course recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
- Technician Apprentice:
- 3 years regular full-time Diploma in a relevant course with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General, EWS and OBC-NCL& 45% in case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized Institute/University.
- Graduate Apprentice (BBA/B.A/B. Com/B.Sc.):
- Regular full-time Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General, EWS and OBC-NCL& 45% in case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized Institute/University.
Age Limit:

- Visit the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at nats.education.gov.in.
- Click “Student” > “Student Register.”
- Enter your name, email ID, mobile number, Aadhaar number, and other details to create a profile.
- Complete your profile (100% completion required) with educational details (e.g., Diploma for Technician, BA/B.Sc/B.Com for Graduate).
- Note your unique Enrollment ID.
- For Trade Apprentices:
- Visit the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal at apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
- Click “Candidate” > “Register.”
- Provide similar details to generate a NAPS Enrollment ID.
- Ensure your Aadhaar is linked to a bank account for stipend payments via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
- For Technician/Graduate Apprentices:
- Apply for the Apprenticeship:
- On the IOCL website, click the “Apply Online” link or “Click here to register and apply on NATS/NAPS portal” under the recruitment notification.
- Log in to the respective portal:
- NATS Portal (for Technician/Graduate):
- Use Enrollment ID and password, search for “Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Marketing Division) – Southern Region”.
- NAPS Portal (for Trade):
- Use Enrollment ID, search for “Indian Oil Corporation Limited – Southern Region”.
