Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification & Experience:

  • Candidates must possess a Graduate degree from a recognized University
  • Knowledge of Hindi at the High School level (Class 10) is mandatory
  • Candidates should have studied Hindi or Sanskrit at the matriculation level or above
  • Valid domicile certificate of Madhya Pradesh (for reserved category candidates)
  • Degree must be from UGC recognized University or equivalent
  • Essential Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognized University
    • Hindi language proficiency at the Class 10 level or equivalent
    • For specific posts, relevant educational qualifications as mentioned in the detailed notification
    • Computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
  • Desirable
    • Experience in administrative work and government procedures
    • Knowledge of Madhya Pradesh government schemes and policies
    • Working knowledge of computer applications
    • Experience in public dealing and documentation
  • Experience
    • No prior experience is mandatory for most posts
    • Fresh graduates can apply
    • Relevant administrative experience will be an added advantage
    • Experience in government departments will be preferred for certain positions

Selection Process:

  • The selection process consists of three stages: Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Interview
  • Preliminary Examination: Objective type with two papers (Qualifying in nature)
  • Paper I: General Studies – 100 questions of 200 marks, Duration: 2 hours
  • Paper II: General Aptitude Test (CSAT) – 80 questions of 200 marks, Duration: 2 hours
  • Negative Marking: 1/3 marks deducted for each wrong answer
  • Candidates who qualify for the preliminary examination will be eligible for the main examination
  • Main Examination: Written examination with multiple papers on various subjects
  • Interview/Personality Test: Qualified candidates from the main examination will be called
  • Final selection based on the combined marks of the main examination and interview
  • Merit list will be prepared category-wise
  • Selected candidates will be appointed subject to document verification and medical fitness
