Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification & Experience:

  • Medical Officer (Group-B):
    • Qualification: MBBS Degree from a statutory university recognized under NMC Act, 2019
    • Registration: Must be registered under Maharashtra Medical Council Act, 1965
    • Selection: Competitive Written Exam + Merit Ranking + Document Verification
  • Additional Govt. Engineer:
    • Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized university
    • Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience as an Advocate in the High Court or courts subordinate thereto, after obtaining the certificate of practice from the State/Indian Bar Council
    • Note: For SC/ST/NT/DT candidates, if sufficient candidates with 8 years’ experience are not available, experience requirement may be relaxed at MPSC’s discretion
    • Selection: Competitive Exam + Merit + Document Verification
  • Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer:
    • Must have ceased to be a serving member of the Armed Forces of the Union
    • Must have held the rank of Major and above in the Army OR equivalent rank in the Navy or Air Force
    • Adequate knowledge of Marathi (speak, read, and write)
    • Proviso: If an officer of Major rank is not available, an officer with rank of Lieutenant and above may also be considered
    • Eligible ranks include: Lieutenant / Captain / Major / Lt. Colonel / Colonel / Brigadier / Major General (Army) | Sub Lieutenant / Lieutenant / Lt. Commander / Commander / Captain (Navy) | Flying Officer / Flight Lt. / Squadron Leader / Wing Commander / Group Captain (Air Force)

  • Motor Vehicle Inspector:
    • Qualification: Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university
    • Experience: Minimum 7 years’ practical experience as an Advocate after acquiring the certificate of practice granted by the State or Indian Bar Council

  • Deputy Health Officer, BMC:
    • Must be registered under Maharashtra Medical Council
    • Post deployed under BMC Municipal Service, Mumbai

    • Must be registered under Maharashtra Medical Council

Age Limit:

  • Deputy Medical Superintendent (Group-A): Minimum 18; Maximum 50 for Open, 55 for Reserved/Orphans/PWD.
  • Medical Officer (Group-B): Minimum 18; Maximum 45 for Open, 50 for Reserved.
  • Deputy Executive Health Officer (Group-B): Minimum 19; Maximum 38 for Open, 43 for Reserved.
  • District Sainik Welfare Officer / Deputy Director (Group-A):  Maximum 55 years for all categories.
  • Motor Vehicle Prosecutor (Group-A): Minimum 19; Maximum 38 for Open, 43 for Reserved.
  • Additional Public Prosecutor (Group-A): Minimum 18; Maximum 38 for Open, 43 for Reserved.
  • Age limit for all posts is as per the Government of Maharashtra / MPSC rules applicable to the respective Group (Group-A / Group-B).
  • Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates (SC, ST, OBC, VJ, NT, EWS, Divyang, Ex-Servicemen, Women, Sports, Orphan) as per Government rules.

  5. Upload your recent passport-size photograph and signature in prescribed format
  6. Upload supporting documents as required during the form-filling process
  7. Click “Submit and Pay Fees” → complete payment via Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI
    OR generate SBI Challan online and pay at SBI branch by 11 April 2026
  8. Confirm that the payment status shows “Payment Successful” before logging out
  9. Note your Transaction ID and Application Number for future reference
  10. Download and save/print your final submitted application form
