- Register Online:
- Click the “Apply Online” link under CEN No. 04/2025 (active from September 15, 2025).
- Select “New Registration” and enter your name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, and Aadhaar number (mandatory for verification).
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile/email for validation.
- Generate a Registration ID and password; note them down for future logins.
- Fill the Application Form:
