Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc. Nursing with successful completion of a six-month integrated Certificate in Community Health (CCH) from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized institute or university (from the academic year 2020 onwards).
- Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with integrated CCH (same criteria as above).
- General Nurse and Midwifery (GNM) with Certification Course in Community Health per the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) curriculum.
Age Limit (as of April 1, 2025):
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 42 years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
Salary Details
- Monthly Remuneration: ₹32,000 – ₹40,000/-
- Additional Benefits: Other allowances as per NHM guidelines.
Application Fee:
- General / OBC / EWS / EBC: ₹500/-
- SC / ST / PH / Female: ₹125/-
- Payment Mode: Online payment through Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
Selection Process
- Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- Sections include General Knowledge, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and Technical Subjects.
- The test comprises 80 questions, each carrying 1.5 marks, totaling 120 marks.
- Duration: 120 minutes.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of original documents.
- Medical Examination: Candidates must be medically fit as per the prescribed standards.
