Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Social Development Specialist:
- MA in Sociology/Economics or Master of Social Work.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification working experience in the field of social audit and rights of the poor. Preference will be given to those who have work experience on social audits/accountability-related issues.
- State Audit Expert:
- MA in Sociology/Economics or Master of Social Work.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification working experience in the field of social audit and rights of the poor. Preference will be given to those with work experience in social audits/accountability-related issues.
- District Resource Person:
- MA in Sociology/Economics or Master of Social Work.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification working experience in the field of social audit and rights of the poor. Preference will be given to those with work experience in social audits/accountability-related issues.
- IT Specialist:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology or post postgraduate degree in Computer Application from any recognized Central University/State University.
- He/she should know about MIS, Software and database development, implementation, and maintenance. Preference will be given to those who have experience in working with any government department or the private sector
- Accountant Cum Office Assistant:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the commerce stream from any Central/State university
- Preference will be given to those who have experience in handling accounts-related work in the government. PSU/Semi-Govt. Department/Institutions. Working knowledge of financial management/budgeting/GST/TDS/VAT/P Tax/filing of income tax, etc. Computer knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Tally, etc.
- Block Resource Person:
- Graduate in any Discipline
- He/She should be prepared to work in any district of the state.
- He/she should have a minimum of one year of experience working in any government. dept./organization or a reputed civil society Organization working in Assam

Mode of Selection:
There shall be two phases in the selection process:
Phase- I:
The Candidates whose applications are accepted will be required to appear in an objective-type written test to be held in Guwahati on a date to be notified later on in website https://asfsa.xamtechinnovation.com
The syllabus of the objective-type written test will be as follows:

Phase – II:
For each vacancy, 3 candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the marks obtained in the written test. After the written test, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear in a personal interview to be held in Guwahati. Total marks for the personal interview will be 20.
Note: The decision of ASSA, Assam, as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate for admission to the examination shall be final.
