The DSWO Barpeta Recruitment 2025 offers 05 vacancies for Assistant, MTS & Other posts under the District Social Welfare Officer, Barpeta. Interested candidates can apply offline from December 01, 2025, to December 15, 2025, at the DSWOwebsite (barpeta.assam.gov.in).
Any woman having a Master’s in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Social Science/Psychology with at least 5 years of experience working on women-related domains in an Administrative set-up with a Government or non-government project/programme, and preferably with at least 1 year of experience counselling either within or outside the same set-up.
She should preferably be a resident of the local community so that local human resource and expertise is utilised for the effective functioning of the centre.
Office Assistant:
The services could be outsourced to any person who is a graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling office documentation-related jobs with proficiency in working on computers, at the state or district level, with the government or a Non-Government organization
Multi-Purpose Staff:
The multi-purpose activity could be outsourced to any person who is literate with knowledge/experience of working in the relevant domain.
Cook:
The activity could be outsourced to any person who is literate with knowledge/experience of working in the relevant domain. High School pass or equivalent will be preferred.
Security Guard/Night Guard:
The services could be outsourced to any person having at least 2 years of experience working as security personnel in a government or reputed organization at the district/state level. He /She should preferably be retired military/para-military personnel.
Age Limit:
The candidate must be a minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 40 years of age as on 01.01.2025.
