Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification & Experience:

  • Technician Apprentices:
    • 3 years Diploma in a relevant Engineering discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized institute.
  • Trade Apprentices (ITI):
    • Matric with 2 years ITI in the respective trade recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
  • Graduate Apprentices:
    • Regular full-time Graduate in any discipline (BA/B.Com/B.Sc/BBA) with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
  • Data Entry Operator:
    • Class 12th with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
  • Qualification must be acquired between 01.04.2022-28.02.2026 (Technician/Graduate) or 01.04.2021-28.02.2026 (Trade Apprentices).
  • Full-time regular qualification only. Part-time/Distance learning is NOT eligible.
  • Not eligible if possessing B.E./B.Tech., MBA, MCA, CA, ICWA, LLB or higher qualifications.
  • PwBD candidates are not eligible for Discipline Codes 101-111. Eligible for 112 and 113 only.

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 18 years as on 28.02.2026
  • Maximum Age: 24 years as on 28.02.2026
  • Age Relaxation:
    • SC/ST: 5 years (up to 29 years)
    • OBC-NCL: 3 years (up to 27 years)
    • PwBD: 10 years (up to 34 years)
    • PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years (up to 39 years)
    • PwBD (OBC-NCL): 13 years (up to 37 years)

Selection Process:

  • Online registration on the NAPS/NATS portal.
  • Candidates must also submit a Microsoft Form with their choice of 3 training locations.
  • Merit list prepared based on the percentage of marks in the prescribed qualification.
  • No written test or interview.
  • Document verification of shortlisted candidates.
  • Pre-engagement medical fitness test.
  • Offer of engagement issued to selected candidates.
