Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification & Experience:

  • State Program Manager:
    • Graduation degree in any discipline, including AYUSH and MBA in Healthcare Management/Human Resource (HR)/Master’s in health/hospital administration/Post Graduation diploma in Hospital & healthcare management (Two years) from an AICTE-recognised institute.
    • Minimum five years of working experience in Public health programmes in the Government / PSU or reputed private sector organisations.
    • Exposure in social sector schemes/Govt. missions at the national, state and district levels.
  • Finance Manager:
    • MBA- Finance/M. Com/ICWA/C.A. from an AICTE-recognised institute or university.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in government or any other reputed organisation in the finance management of a major programme /project.
    • Exposure to financial management operations, Government accounting, funds flow management, utilisation certificates and scheme-wise expenditure reporting in a government set-up and development of accounting packages will be an added advantage.
    • Exposure in social sector schemes/Missions of the Government at the national, state and district levels.
  • Consultant, Health & Wellness Centre:
    • Degree in Ayush Stream from recognized University/ Institution.
    • Exposure to working in the health sector, including AYUSH
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in government or any other reputed private organisation
    • Consultant Procurement:
    • Post Graduate with minimum 5 years experience in procurement/logistics/supply chain management in a reputed institute/ organization, or Post Graduate Diploma in Procurement Logistics Management, or
    • Diploma in Health/Hospital Administration.
    • Certificate course in computer operation (minimum months).
  • Consultant HR:
    • MBA(HR)/PGDBM(HR), minimum two years duration from recognized university/institution.
    • Exposure in social sector schemes/missions of the Government at the National, State and District levels.
    • Minimum five (5) years of experience in relevant fields.
    • Experience in HR functions in management organizations is desirable
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to complete multiple tasks and be a team
    • player. Knowledge of governmental recruitment, filling
    • process and procedure in Human Resource Management will be an advantage.
    • Desirable knowledge of the law related to human resources.
    • Computer proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel Skills
    • Medical Officer (Ayur) and Resident Medical Officer (Ayur):
    • A BAMS degree from a recognized institute.
    • Candidates must be registered with the Assam State Council of Indian Medicine.
    • Preference will be given to the candidates having recognized Post Graduate degree in Ayurvedic System of Medicine.
  • District Program Manager:
    • Graduation degree in any discipline, including AYUSH or MBA in Healthcare Management/Master’s in health/hospital administration/Post Graduation diploma in Hospital & healthcare management (Two years) from an AICTE-recognised institute with minimum 3 years working experience in Public health programme. Exposure in social sector schemes/missions at national, state and district levels and computer knowledge, including MS Office, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel would be desirable. Preference will be given to persons having experience of working in the Health sector, including AYUSH.
  • Data Entry Operator:
    • Graduation in Computer Application/IT/Business Administration/ B.Tech (C.S) or (I.T)/BCA/ BBA/ BSC-IT/ Graduation with one year diploma/ certificate course in computer science from recognized institute or University. Exposure in social sector schemes at the National, State and District level and computer knowledge, including MS Office, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, and MS Access, would be essential. Typing Speed of English (30 WPM) would be essential. Preference will be given to persons who have experience working in the health sector, including AYUSH.

  • up to 40 years as on 01/01/2025 (Relaxation in maximum age: SC/ST candidates – 5 years, ОВС/МОВC candidates – 3 years, PWD candidates – 10 years)
